as of the 20th of february i will officially be scuba (self-contained underwater breathing apparatus) certified! for the past 6 weeks i have been going to a class off campus for class credit and have been loving every second of it (except for the times that i had to pay for the charges).

i have been going to the pool sessions for 4 weeks and then these last two weeks i have gone to midway, utah to perform two open water dives at the homestead crater. after successfully completing these dives, i will pick up my card on wednesday and then be on my way to dive all over the world for life.
